At Williams Performance, we pride ourselves on the craftsmanship, quality, and performance of every product we offer. Our staff aims to provide goods that meet the highest levels of functionality and longevity, whether they are OEM performance components or custom-built mud motors.

While we strive for 100% satisfaction, we understand that issues may arise. This policy clearly states which products are not returnable and describes the circumstances under which you may return an item or ask for a refund.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund if your item meets all of the following conditions:

  • A return request must be made within 15 days after the shipping carrier’s documented delivery date.
  • The product must be:
  • Uninstalled, unused, and brand new
  • packaged in its original, unopened condition and returned
  • accompanied by evidence of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation)
  • Free from damage, wear, fuel/oil residue, or modifications of any kind

Any returned item that doesn’t fit these specifications will be refused and sent back to you at your cost.

Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the integrity and safety of our products and customers, the following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Electronic Components, including but not limited to:
    • Ignition systems
    • ECU/tuning modules
    • Wiring harnesses
    • Sensors or electronic switches
  • Custom-Built or Modified Products
    • Any item that has been tuned, custom-assembled, or built to order is non-refundable, due to the personalized nature of the product.
  • Installed or Used Items
    • Items that have been mounted, fueled, run, or otherwise used are not eligible for return.
  • Products Damaged During Shipping
    • If your item was damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Please refer to our Shipping Policy and file a damage claim directly with the carrier. Williams Performance is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.

Return Process

To request a return, please follow these steps carefully:

Initiate a Return Request

Email info@williamsperformance.com with the subject line: “Return Request – [Order Number]” and include the following:

    • Full name and contact information
    • Order number and purchase date
    • The reason for the return
    • Clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable

Await Authorization

If your return meets the eligibility criteria, we will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions, including the return address and a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused.

Ship Your Return

    • Carefully package the item to prevent damage during return shipping.
    • Write your RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
    • Ship your return using a trackable and insured shipping method. Williams Performance is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

Refund Details

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the outcome. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation once the refund is issued.
  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Note: If your return is rejected due to signs of use, installation, damage, or tampering, the item will be returned to you at your cost, and no refund will be issued.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please follow the return process (if eligible) and place a new order for the replacement product.

Defective Items / Warranty Issues

If you believe you received a defective product or have a warranty claim, please do not initiate a return. Instead, send an email to info@williamsperformance.com with your order number and the specifics of the problem. We’ll walk you through the proper repair or warranty procedure.
